If you are, for any reason, unhappy with the items you have ordered,  returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only.

In the event that you are returning an item that you would like to exchange for another style or color, please contact us at david@sailduewest.WORLD

Return shipping is complimentary for all customers provided their return has been processed using your account on shopgiraffe.com.

Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA # and the address for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the shipment, david@sailduewest.WORLD will contact you by email to confirm your store credit or exchange.  Please reference your RMA number when calling or emailing to check on the status of your return. 

Check your email inbox for your email confirmation. In the body of the email, click the “Download Shipping Label” link. This is your shipping label. Once you have printed it, affix the label to the outside of the package you are returning.

You can leave your return package with any FEDEX location or FEDEX driver accepting packages. For a list of the FEDEX drop off points closest to you, please visit www.fedex.com.

Please note that items purchased with a promotion code or that are marked down will not be available to return, and should be considered final sale. If your promotional order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at david@sailduewest.WORLD.
